Yes. Every booking starts with a quick briefing, usually around 5 minutes depending on the game and your group size. We'll show you how to use the headset and controllers, explain the game you're playing and tell you what to do if you need help. Our team is around the whole time if you get stuck.

Most people feel fine. Our games are chosen to be comfortable, and you can pause or take the headset off at any time.

Don't worry. If you start to feel queasy at any point, just take the headset off and have a break. Let one of our team know and they'll look after you.

Yes, absolutely. VR is for everyone, whatever your mobility. Some games are trickier than others because of how you control them and move around, so get in touch and we'll happily suggest the best ones for you. Please note that free-roam VR may not be suitable, as players move around a shared 6.2m × 6.2m play space with their group.

We have a big range of games, but we can't guarantee a particular title will be available on the day, even if it's listed on our website. If there's a game you really want to play, mention it in your booking notes or ask us before you visit and we'll check for you.

Yes. We have seating in the arena, so friends and family can sit back, watch the action and cheer you on.

We don't record gameplay ourselves, but anyone watching is welcome to film it on their phone. No one with you? Just ask one of our team and they'll be happy to record it for you.

Monday to Friday 4pm to 9pm, Saturday 12pm to 9pm and Sunday 2pm to 8pm. Monday to Thursday is off-peak, with Escape Rooms at £23.99 and Blitz Arcade at £15.50 per player. Friday to Sunday, Escape Rooms and Blitz Arcade are £1 cheaper for every extra player in your group. Weekends are our busiest time, so book ahead. Want a time outside our opening hours? Fill in the enquiry form and we will do our best to make it work.

You're welcome to just turn up, but we'd recommend booking online so you're not disappointed. At busy times we may not be able to fit in walk-ins. Our booking calendar shows live availability, so it's worth a quick check before you set off.

Yes. We can bring VR to your school, office, party or event. Just fill in the enquiry form with your date, location and group size, and we will get back to you.

Yes. Kids parties are one of our favourite things to run. Ask us about the right games for your child's age when you book.

For safeguarding, a kids party has the whole arena to itself. While your party is on, we close the arena to everyone else and take no other bookings, so the children are only ever with their own group and our team. That means your party gets the whole space and all our kit for the hour, which is why it costs more than a regular booking.

Yes. Just pop into the arena and our team at reception will sort one out for you. Buying for a group or several visits? They'll happily suggest the right amount.
